Современная англоязычная историография оккупации Франции 1815–1818 гг.

Статья содержит обзор современной американо-британской историографии оккупации Франции 1815–1818 гг. Основной акцент сделан на работах, опубликованных в последние тридцать лет историками из США, Великобритании, а также Канады и Австралии. Отмечается, что первоначальный интерес исследователей к изучению этой оккупации лежал в области традиционной военной истории. Впоследствии тематическое и методологическое поле исследований было существенно расширено: историки обратились к анализу международных отношений, экономических последствий Наполеоновских войн, взаимовосприятию военных и мирного населения, изменению представлений о сути и цели оккупации. Данному процессу сопутствовало расширение источниковой базы исследований. Все это позволяет говорить о сочетании классических подходов и новых поворотов в изучении указанного феномена: военная история армии рассматривается в контексте истории повседневности, истории сознания и т.д. Несмотря на это говорить о всесторонней изученности проблемы пока рано. Комплексному анализу оккупация Франции союзными войсками подверглась преимущественно в трудах американских историков Т.Д. Вева и К. Хейнс. При этом часть вопросов все еще нуждается в углубленном изучении. В частности, более детального рассмотрения требуют особенности организации оккупации в различных департаментах Франции, взаимоотношения и взаимовосприятия оккупантов и оккупированных на разных уровнях. Помимо этого, анализ ряда источников по-прежнему представляет значительный исследовательский интерес.
